What happens after I sign up?
Once your payment is received, we manually activate your account and create your setup using the details from your purchase. That way, you're not starting from scratch. You'll get access to your dashboard with the essential tools already in place, so you can log in and get started right away.
Since we are creating your account manually with the data from your purchase, the set-up can take between 4-12 hours after you paid. Please be patient and follow the steps outlined in the welcome screen, you see after the payment is received.
Is there any training or support if I need help?

How can I get more review requests?
If you’d like to send more review requests by email, you can add an extra 150 requests per month to your account for $100. Each request includes up to three reminders and a personalized thank-you message.
