Do not try to login to our portal before you receive the first email from us. This will delay the process. 
Even though you can technically "sign up" on our login page and receive a verification email, you won’t be able to create a project. So, it would lead to a dead end.
We manually create your project and set up the most important information for you, so you can get started more easily. That's why we need a little time. This approach has proven to be the most effective for our customers.
